Halloween Day – Costumes and Treats

As we prepare for Halloween Day – October 31st and decide what costume to wear, here are a few reminders:

  1. Culture is NOT a Costume: Refrain from using costumes that represent a cultural group or ethnicity. (e.g. First Nations, Chinese, Arabic, etc.)
