Cancellations due to weather warnings for today – Feb. 20

A weather warning has been issued forecasting freezing rain, which is expected to begin late afternoon and into the evening. Therefore, due to inclement weather YCDSB has made a decision to cancel evening permits at our schools on Wednesday, February 20, 2019.

This will not affect regular student transportation this afternoon.

Friday, Feb. 15 PEP Rally & Civvies Day

Milk bags needed

It takes 450 milk bags to make one sleeping mat. A mat lasts for 20 years. It is water and insect proof and is comfortable to lie on. They are also used in hospitals and then washed down after surgeries. Most of our school community buys milk in bags.
